- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days in which you can return through our courier partner in which you have to pay Rs 100 per order regardless of the number of items within that order under our reverse pick-up services. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company’s address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped along with tags. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- It takes maximum 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with COD option will have to provide their UPI/Account details when processing for a return and after that refund will be processed.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
- In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid. You will be contacted in case of COD.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Once the Refund is approved , we will be processing and crediting the amount within 5-7 business days .
